Mr Cas Hotels Taksim - Special Category Istanbul

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The location couldn't have been better, right on the vibrant İstiklal street. I was within walking distance to tram and metro stations, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants in the streets of Beyoglu. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful design and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The staff, especially the restaurant manager and service staff, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest was well taken care of. The amenities provided, such as room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance, made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

We loved the hotel's location right on the vibrant İstiklal street. It was convenient being on the main street in the European part of this city. Everything was within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options.

Nothing it was perfect.

We stayed at a lovely hotel in a bustling area, filled with vibrant night clubs. The location was perfect, with plenty to do nearby. The room was clean and cute, with a well-prepared bathroom. The staff was friendly and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety, with the option to order additional items. The hotel was beautifully decorated and hidden in a lively street between two popular areas.

The hotel's public areas were not well-maintained. Some parts were dirty and in need of a deep cleaning.

On a more positive note, I have to say that the room size was amazing. It provided plenty of space for me to work and relax. the location of the hotel was key. It was in a very central area, easy for me to navigate around the city for my business meetings.

I'm a solo traveler and had the most amazing experience staying in a centrally located hotel. The location is perfect, right on the bustling main street where I could easily access trams and metros. The room was spacious, with modern decoration and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfect, with a bath that added to the luxury. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

There was some street noise in the evening, but thankfully the hotel provided earplugs in the room.

The interior design of the hotel was fine, with high ceilings and a bar/restaurant that seemed like a work of art. I loved having breakfast there, everything was delicious and the coffee was great. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes surrounding the hotel. It was a lively area and there was always something to do.

Great location near cafes and restaurants, 10-minute walk to metro. Friendly staff, especially the manager. Clean rooms with stylish design and views of the city. Fantastic breakfast with homemade jams. Excellent value for money.

Cute and chic townhouse, centrally located, lovely lounge/cocktail bar, staff resolved issues promptly , offered complementary breakfast and airport transfer.

Couldn't fault.

Convenient location near popular attractions, helpful staff. Upgraded to a better room for free. Good breakfast with international and Turkish options. Clean rooms with daily towel and toiletry replacement. Quick and efficient email communication.

Perfect location, friendly staff, upgraded to suite, neat and clean, lovely terrace cafe.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My recent stay at Mr Cas Hotels was great. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city and it was in close proximity to public transportation. The room was tastefully furnished and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with the towels and shower gel replenished daily by the friendly housekeeping staff. the complimentary water and restocked coffee/tea bags were a thoughtful touch. Despite being located on a busy street, the noise-proof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

As guests with children, we loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, accommodating staff, and fantastic breakfast options with a late serving time. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

The staff were really nice too help us find a testing center and ensure we had all the necessary information. Their support made our travel experience much smoother and less stressful.
